The apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a fully reconstructed house with a lift. It is a perfectly comfortable one-room apartment of 45 m2 with a balcony where a table and chairs have been installed for your convenience.

You will be able to enjoy the picturesque patio while having a cup of tea, as well as the night freshness and silence. The apartment is designed for one to three persons.

It comprises a bedroom, a kitchen, a separate restroom, and a hallway. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an extensible sofa. There is satellite TV, Internet, a safe for valuables, a ventilator, an iron with an ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and furnishings. You will be able to use a stove, a fridge, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster and even a coffee-maker. Your bathroom comprises a washing machine, a hairdryer especially useful to women, and a linen drier.

The location of the apartment is its immense advantage. The business and trade center, Wenceslas Square, is practically a couple of meters away. Here you can find an enormous variety of shops, restaurants and trade centers. Two more steps, and you are in the very heart of Prague, Old Town Square, where you can see the famous astrologic clock (Orloj), the Tynski Temple, and the City Hall.

In ten minutes of slow walking along the charming streets of Prague, you can reach the exquisite Karluv Bridge (Karluv Most), and in close vicinity of the apartment there are two underground stations: Narodni Trida (yellow line B) and Mustek (green line A).

No farther than 100 meters from the apartment the large supermarket Tesco is situated. Near, in Yungmannova Street, you can find currency exchange, pharmacies, food stores, Internet cafes, and restaurants with delightful Czech cuisine and wonderful beer.

The price is stated for the entire apartment and depends on the number of persons staying.
